No Results Found Bug Reports and Developer Mail
Official post-launch inbox: crashes yes, community-address hints no.
A few days after the 14 August 2026 launch, Zzangdol Games posted a Steam news item thanking players and asking for bug and technical reports. The greeting is Hello, followers of NineTentaclism. The sign-off marches toward the Day of Grand Inversion. That is Church flavor from the developer, not a patch that adds a third ending. The useful line is the inbox: [email protected]. This page is the wiki’s copy of that request plus a filter so the mailbox does not fill with puzzle answers this site already maps.
The newest desk build as of this writing is Patch 1.1, which includes Patch 1.0.2. Patch 1.0.1 landed the day after launch for 16:9 display, input fields, and typos. Read those notes before you mail a problem they already named.
This wiki is unofficial. We did not ask you to write the developer. We are mirroring a public Steam announcement so investigators know where a crash goes.
What the post actually asked for
Bugs and technical issues. Display that will not show. Input fields that eat characters. Chat, browser, and UI failures. Untranslated UI leftovers after 1.1. Notes that do not persist. A report field that rejects a word copied from the same screen on a current build. Include your OS, whether you are fullscreen or windowed, the language you play in, and a screenshot. Korean, English, and Japanese are the three languages Steam lists. Say which one the broken string is in.
The tone of the post is in-world. You do not need to write like a believer. Plain technical mail is enough. NineTentaclism will continue marching is flavor. Your GPU model is data.
What not to send
The community address. The members-only username and password. Makor’s username. Orca’s position. The true-nature blank. Pallidum, sealed slate, pretext, and the rest of the wiki fill-ins. Those are investigation tokens. They sit on Hidden Community, IDs and Roles, and Wiki Blanks. The developer asked for bugs, not for a second QA pass on the mystery.
Do not mail a hint-mode request as if it were a crash. Players still want manual chat advance, a post-credits wiki, and more languages. Those are design asks. Log them as feedback if you want. Do not subject-line them as critical bugs unless the client actually throws.
Anyone selling keys for a free game is wasting your time. Anyone claiming a Roblox universe ID has the wrong title. Mail about those belongs in the trash.
How this sits next to the patches
1.0.1 already admitted critical display and input issues. 1.0.2 admitted Japanese mistranslations and tight report answers. 1.1 admitted chat, browser, UI, tags, and untranslated text. If your mail duplicates those bullets without a screenshot from after 1.1, it is noise. If your mail says I am on 1.1 and notes still do not save, that is signal. The triage card is Known Issues.
Reception is not a patch. Steam reached Overwhelmingly Positive with 747 reviews at 98 percent as of this wiki pass. Concurrent players briefly passed a thousand, with third-party charts recording a peak around 1,332. That snapshot lives on the Review and Launch Notes. Do not mail the developer about review scores.
Where else to click
The playable build is the Steam store page for No Results Found. Official trailers live on ZzangdolGames YouTube; we embed language-matched cuts on How to Play. Pre-launch, the studio posted that the game reached 1,000 wishlists; that note is Wishlist Milestone. Jungle Game Lab is the publisher label.
For how to sit at the desk after you click Play, go to How to Play. For a dead search that is not a crash, go to When You Are Stuck. For the chart, go to Organization.
If this page 404s on a future URL change, search the app ID 4911390 and open Steam news. The number is stable. The rest of the slug is decoration.
Mail once, with evidence. Then go back to searching. The case is still on the simulated internet, not in the inbox.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for investigators who just hit a dead search.
Where do I send a crash report?
[email protected], as listed on Steam. Include OS, language, build (1.1 or later), and a screenshot.
Should I mail for the hidden community address?
No. That is a puzzle. Use Hidden Community or the Walkthrough. The developer asked for technical bugs.
What is NineTentaclism?
In-world Church flavor from official Steam news greetings. It is not a third story ending and not a redeem code.
