Wiki and Report Blanks

This is the spoiler index for the fill-in-the-blank paperwork that eats Steam discussions after the hidden board. It is not a second walkthrough. The Walkthrough is the route. The In-Game Wiki page is the method. This page is the list of sentences players already pasted into thread titles so you can match the prompt on your screen to a layer, then copy the word the case file already printed.

If you have not opened the members-only community, stop. Use Hidden Community first. Searching encyclopedia lemmas before the index unlocks them is how you get a genuine empty page, which is also the name of the game.

After Patch 1.0.2 and Patch 1.1, the report accepts a wider range of answers. Near-synonyms that bounced on day one may now pass. Exact in-world terms still win. Japanese players should be on 1.0.2 or later so a mistranslated label does not invent a ghost blank.

How to use this index without wrecking the case

Read the prompt on your desk. Find the matching sentence below. Go back into the in-game wiki, the mission report folder, or the community post that introduced the noun. Copy the lemma, the tag, or the proper name exactly. Paste it into the blank. If it still rejects you on a current build, screenshot and mail [email protected]. That is a bug lane, not a puzzle lane. Persistent rejects after 1.1 are listed on Known Issues.

Do not paste a real-world parasitology word you think is clever. Do not translate a Korean lemma into English and expect the English UI to accept the gloss. Do not add adjectives. The index is authored.

Steam already hosts a community walkthrough with answers for stuck players. This wiki will not mirror that dump. The joy of the desk is typing the word yourself once you know which window holds it. If twenty minutes of copying still fails, that Steam guide is the nuclear option. Come back here for the map of which blank you are on.

The sentences Steam already published

These prompts are public thread titles from the week after the 14 August 2026 launch. They sit on the main investigation path, not on a side quest.

However, its true nature turned out to be ______________. This is the English wall a player named Jennik posted the day after launch. It is a wiki-or-community keyword you have already been shown. Copy the in-world term. Method without printing the missing word lives on the In-Game Wiki page.

According to _____, the handed-over item was a dormant specimen of Pallidum. Pallidum is already in the sentence. The blank is a source: a person, a report, or a lemma that attributed the handover. Search Pallidum as a tag. Open every blue link that names a specimen, a sealed container, or a transfer. Then copy the attributing name, not a synonym of dormant.

The raw material was handed over in a sealed slate by _____. Same family as the Pallidum line. Korean reviews called out a raw-material substitution investigation report whose last word felt weakly connected even when guessed right. Treat it as an authored fill-in. The blank is the giver, not a new chemical. Search sealed slate and raw material as full titles if middle-word guesses miss.

After digesting the beverage, exposure to _________ causes the neuroactive metabolites released by the parasite to reach the central nervous system. This is a late wiki lemma. The beverage, the parasite, and the metabolites are already in the sentence. The blank is the exposure: a stimulus, a frequency, a chemical, or a place named in an adjacent article. Copy the article title. Do not invent a biology-class answer.

According to ______, under stimulation at the same frequency… Related to the metabolite line. The frequency is a clue that a comparative-testing document exists. Steam has a thread titled Comparative Testing help. Open that report in the files or wiki. The blank is the authority named in that document, not a guess at the frequency number.

According to ____ _____ who was in charge. Two tokens. A title plus a name, or a given name plus a family name. This is an organization chart problem as much as a wiki problem. Confirm the person on two surfaces, then copy the form the prompt’s language actually prints. See IDs and Roles for Makor, Orca, and the two-surface rule.

Under the pretext of ____. A motive clause. It lives in a wiki article or a mission report that recodes a Church event as cover. Search pretext in the desk wiki if the UI is English. Search the matching Korean or Japanese bureaucratic phrase if you swapped language. Copy the pretext noun the article uses.

A morphologically identical _________. Specimen language. Pallidum and sealed-slate threads sit next to it. The blank is a taxon, a mask, a parasite stage, or a product name already sitting in a lemma. Morphologically identical is the hint that you already saw the first form.

Autopsy finding under a mission report. One Steam title spelled it autoposy. That is a typo for autopsy. The finding is a file, not a search bar joke. Reopen mission reports in the file explorer. If a new folder appeared without a toast, click every desktop icon again. Launch-week reviews lost time that way.

What is not a wiki blank

The community address and the closed communication network name are URL puzzles. They belong on Hidden Community, including the username-and-password wall. Makor’s username and Orca’s position are chart puzzles. They belong on IDs and Roles. DODGE scores are not fill-ins. Accuse and Connive are report stances, not lemmas; see Endings.

Notes that will not save are a bug complaint, not a blank. More languages, windowed resolution, and auto-advancing chats sit on Known Issues. Mail those to the developer. Do not mail hint requests this page already maps.

Order that actually works

Finish the public Church scrape. Open the members-only board. Fill names as you read. Then enter the wiki rabbit hole. Then the mission-report blanks. Then file Accuse or Connive. If you invert that order you will type story keywords before the index has unlocked them.

Keep the Search Notebook open with a line for each prompt above. Write the copied lemma next to it when it lands. Write First, Think Later exists because this layer wants writing, not memory.

When every blank is honest, the chart should already be full. Then the report is a stance, not a vocabulary test. Use Endings for Accuse versus Connive. Use the 100 Percent Checklist after the title card.

This page will grow if a later patch adds a named hint mode or changes a prompt. Until then, the Steam thread titles are the map. Your job is still to copy the screen.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for investigators who just hit a dead search.

Will this page print every missing word?

No. It maps each public Steam prompt to a layer so you can copy the in-world lemma. A community Steam guide exists if you want a full dump.

My report still rejects a copied word.

Update to patch 1.1 for wider accepted answers. If it still fails on a current build, screenshot and mail support. That is a bug.

Is the true-nature sentence a side quest?

No. It sits on the main wiki path. Copy the term already shown in the encyclopedia or community layer.
