No Results Found Find the Hidden Community

Steam’s feature list is not subtle. You explore a website full of octopus masks, bizarre commandments, and ridiculous events, then you uncover a members-only community hidden inside it. That second step is where week-one Steam discussions already stall. One English thread is literally a player who has no idea where to find the community address. This page is the spoiler file for that wall.

What the public site is for

The public Church of the Nine-Tentacled Octopus homepage is propaganda and in-jokes. Masks, commandments, and event writeups teach you the dialect. They also hide the token that becomes the private URL. Official copy says even throwaway jokes and petty complaints may contain clues. That is the mechanic for this gate: the address is not in a glowing menu. It is in the material you would scroll past if you treated the site like flavor text.

Read every page of the public site the way you would scrape a real cult landing page. Note event names. Note commandments that sound like memes. Note any string that looks like a handle, a subdomain, a board name, or a password. Copy them into the memo. Search them in the in-game browser, not in your real browser. This is a simulated web.

How the address actually appears

Players ask for “the community address” because the game frames the next step as a URL you must know, not a button you must click. That means somewhere on the public site, in a comment, image, or event post, a string is waiting to be typed. The correct action is:

1. Exhaust the public pages and their comments.
2. Search every proper noun and odd spelling you copied.
3. When a result mentions a members-only space, copy that string exactly.
4. Paste it into the simulated browser as an address, not as a Google-style query, if the UI is in address mode.
5. If it bounces, try the string as a search term anyway. Some builds treat the bar as both.

Do not invent a plausible cult domain. The index will not reward fan-fiction URLs. The token is authored. If you are still blank after a full scrape, you missed a photo, a tiny comment, or a language-specific spelling. Swap to the language you are strongest in and scrape again.

Why this wall exists

The designers want the feeling of finding a closed forum that was never supposed to be indexed. Preview coverage compared the loop to Her Story and Hypnospace Outlaw: you go looking, the game does not walk you there. The cost is exactly this wiki page. The reward, according to Korean reviews, is that the community phase is the funniest and densest part of the game. Petty complaints, ridiculous events, and mask culture are the actual evidence pile.

Once you are inside, do not speed-read. Closer to the Truth requires viewing most of the community. Model NIRA Employee requires names you will only meet here. Comments still matter more than original posts. Usernames still matter more than display titles. The organization chart should start filling the moment you can pair a mask with a legal name.

After the board opens

Stay until you can answer, in the memo: who runs events, who complains, who disappeared, and which names collide. Then the case usually moves into the in-game wiki and the report paperwork. Search both spellings of any name that looks like Marco. When the private board loads, pin everyone you can and continue the Walkthrough.

The rest of the wiki assumes you can see member posts. If this page still leaves you on the public homepage, you have not finished scraping. There is no second hidden browser in the room. There is one address, sitting in the material you already have permission to read.
